In order to be certain that the piece that you receive from us is exactly what you want, we have developed an order form that will enable us to communicate clearly. The form will allow you to order a table or other design exactly like one that you see on our web page, or will help you to make changes in color, size and layout to custom fit your needs. We require a one-third deposit with your order, which should also include the order form. The balance of the payment will be due upon completion. We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish, you may also pay by PayPal. If the design that you order is in stock, it can usually be shipped the next day. Custom orders may take up to three weeks to complete. Each of the larger pieces is carefully packed in a wooden crate, and then shipped motor freight. We get an excellent discount (73% off list) with several of the common carriers and are happy to pass that discount along to you. The freight and crating charges can be added to the final balance and paid when the item is ready to ship.
